The Qualified Professional provides strength-based support to individuals aged 3-21 following crisis events to promote recovery and independent living. They facilitate communication between families, local agencies, and the community while performing case management and supportive counseling duties.
Candidates must meet Qualified Professional status requirements, which include a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with at least 2 years of experience. A valid license, certificate, or registration issued by a governing board regulating the human service profession is also required.

The MORES QP provides support to individuals between the ages of 3 and 21 with Mental Health (MH), Substance Abuse, or Intellectual/Developmental Disability post crisis events in residential, school, workplace and community settings. These interventions are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community. The QP is a part of the a team consisting of a clinician, QP and a family partner. Staff ratio takes into consideration evening and weekend hours, needs of special populations and geographical areas to be served. Persons who meet the requirements specified for Qualified Professional (QP) status have the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served may deliver supports within the requirements of the staff definition specified in the service definitions. Relies on supervision and direction to provide quality services.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible to meet the needs of the families served
