Mentoring and supporting nursing staff while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
This position offers exposure to a wide variety of surgical and trauma cases, providing ongoing opportunities to expand both clinical and leadership expertise. No two days are the same, and leaders who thrive in this environment are proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable making informed decisions in a dynamic setting.
