The Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivering therapy services according to a physician-approved plan of care and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the treatment process. They must also complete timely documentation and supervise home health aides when necessary.
Candidates must hold a current license to practice occupational therapy and be a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited program. Additionally, they must have at least one year of related experience and maintain a current CPR certification.
Responsible for all aspects of occupational therapy service delivery provided under a physician approved plan of care.
Current license to practice occupational therapy specific to the state you are assigned to work.
