Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality releases.
Ensure applications meet federal security, accessibility, performance, and compliance requirements, including Section 508 standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, integration issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, implementation plans, release notes, and operational procedures.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, demonstrations, and continuous improvement activities.
For senior-level candidates, provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.
Experience developing web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services using JSON, XML, or related technologies.

Experience with containerization, microservices, DevSecOps, and cloud-native application design.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, data integration, reporting systems, or analytics platforms.
