Senior Software Engineers lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software systems while mentoring junior team members. They are responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, integration, and testing within Agile teams.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with 7-11 years of experience and hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. Proficiency in modern programming languages and experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines are required.
Position Summary
Senior Software Engineers lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software systems in support of the customer's requirements. Senior Software Engineers take ownership of significant portions of the software development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and design through coding, integration, and testing — while operating within Agile development teams. Senior Software Engineers apply sound engineering judgment to resolve difficult technical problems, evaluate design trade-offs, and help ensure delivered systems meet performance, security, and reliability standards. Senior Software Engineers are expected to review the work of less experienced engineers and provide technical mentorship
