The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role ensures facility and equipment reliability by performing preventive maintenance and responding to maintenance needs to minimize operational downtime.
Candidates must hold a valid HVAC license and EPA certification, along with a high school diploma or GED. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, combined with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical manuals, is required.

Summary: We are seeking a licensed HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air
conditioning, and refrigeration systems in a safe and efficient manner. This role supports facility and equipment reliability by
responding to maintenance needs, completing preventive maintenance, and helping minimize downtime across the operation.

Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials within required job limits • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces for extended periods • Ability to work in varying temperatures and plant or outdoor conditions • Ability to respond to urgent maintenance issues, including possible off-shift, weekend, or on-call support Work Environment This role works in commercial, industrial, or plant environments and may be exposed to noise, moving equipment, temperature changes, and production activity. Proper PPE and safe work practices are required at all times.
