The Steward is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing china, glassware, silver, and all major kitchen equipment. They must maintain the silver polishing program and handle cleaning chemicals safely within a fast-paced luxury kitchen environment.
Candidates must have valid Canadian work authorization and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A basic understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and quality standards is required.
