Requires experience in invoice processing or cost controlling with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data set management. A basic understanding of food and beverage operations and familiarity with Craftable or Toast POS is preferred.

About The Role:
The Data and Inventory Specialist role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of invoice receiving, ensuring timely reconciliation, accurate recordkeeping, and coordination with vendors to resolve discrepancies and request credits. The position also supports data integrity across systems by maintaining accurate product, vendor, and recipe information, enabling reliable inventory mapping and operational reporting. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and familiarity with food and beverage operations. This role reports to the System Implementation Project Manager and supports Product Category Managers. Please note that this is a temporary position, expected to last through the end of the year, depending on business needs.
