The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, food safety compliance, and staff supervision. They also assist the management team in training crew members, managing cash, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service and be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the ability to obtain ServSafe certification is required.
