The Facilities Specialist is responsible for maintaining restaurant facilities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and monthly site analysis. They also train staff on facility management and serve as a liaison between restaurants, landlords, and vendors.
Candidates should have a B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience, including two years of training in facility repair. Strong trade knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and commercial kitchen equipment is required, along with a clean driving record.
