Oversee the quality inspection of incoming fresh produce and manage detailed reporting for arrivals, claims, and inventory. Coordinate with supply chain teams to handle repacks, reprocessing, and grower performance analysis.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the fresh fruit industry. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and capable of working in cold storage environments.

We are looking for an experienced Produce Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in maintaining product excellence across our supply chain. You will be responsible for ensuring all incoming shipments meet required quality standards and that accurate inspection reports are completed and communicated promptly.
This role involves monitoring inventory quality, identifying product risks, coordinating inspections, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure products are allocated according to quality performance.
