The Resident Medication Associate is responsible for administering and recording medications for residents according to physician prescriptions and state regulations. They monitor for adverse drug reactions and ensure the safe storage and accountability of all medications.
Candidates must be a certified Resident Care Associate with a high school diploma or GED and a negative TB skin test. Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds and the capacity to handle the emotional stress of elderly care are required.
