You believe machines have moods—and you’re really good at interpreting them.
You've got hustle, pride in your work, and you’re always the first to jump in when your team needs a hand.
Run the machines, own the process – You'll operate our packing machines like a boss, ensuring accurate weights, seal integrity, and just the right amount of seasoning.
Pre-production prep – Get machines ready before the shift starts and fine-tune them on the fly for different product runs.
Change it up – Switch out rolls of film, adjust formers, and make quick adjustments to keep production smooth.
Seasoning scientist – Set and monitor the flow to make sure every chip gets the flavor it deserves.
Inspector mode: ON – Manually check, inspect, and hand-pack bags to keep quality top-notch.
Box it, sticker it, ship it – Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases to customer specs like a packaging ninja.
Be a clean machine – Sanitize equipment and keep your area (and yourself) production-ready.
Safety + Food Quality = Always – Follow all GMPs, safety protocols, and food quality standards.
