The Finance Assistant will support daily financial operations, including month-end closing, invoice processing, and treasury management. They are responsible for generating accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with fraud and collection procedures.
Candidates should have 6-12 months of experience in a similar hospitality role and possess strong accounting knowledge. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PMS systems like Opera, Symphony, or Adaco are required, along with fluency in Spanish.
The Hoxton Poblenou in the city of Barcelona is our 11th Hoxton. The hotel boasts 240 bedrooms of different sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool and our taqueria Tope, a bright and airy lobby, a multi-functional basement events space and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events concept).

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be a key member of our Finance team jointly with the Assistant Director of Finance, ensuring smooth and accurate day-to-day financial operations, efficiency and compliance.
