Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in finance control or audit. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required, along with experience in complex industrial or energy environments.

Based at our Rotterdam Refinery, you'll be the finance expert on site, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and providing trusted advice to business and operational stakeholders.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with operations, support major projects and investments, challenge decisions when needed, and help drive continuous improvement across the refinery.
We're looking for an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a proactive mindset. Someone who takes ownership, identifies risks and opportunities before they arise, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and drives improvements that create real business value.
This is an opportunity to play a key role within one of our most important refining operations. You'll work with senior stakeholders, contribute to major business decisions, support strategic projects, and help shape a strong control environment while driving meaningful improvements across the business.
