The Team:
The Regulatory and Compliance implementation consulting – project management team is a global team working with product solutions and engineering teams to successfully deliver client implementations for SP Global's Counterparty Manager Ecosystem of solutions. We manage, execute, deliver or support both the initial and add-on implementations of CLM Pro, Onboarding Accelerator, and KYC. We use our extensive project experience to help establish our customers and what their target operating model is and define suitable solution workflows to support it. This allows us to add value at every step of the organizational transformation. We look at the business processes the solution supports; considering areas of focus related to system performance or new business requirements; and doing health checks of the system configuration.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Project management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading medium to large projects with multiple stakeholders/partners
Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget.
Good communication & influencing skills to engage competently at all levels of the organisation, through to CxO level.
Ability to support in process improvement, pre-sales and team development capacities as required within the team.
Lead KYC Services Implementations across software and managed Servies implementations.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $104,435 to $167,490. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree & 10+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain.
OR equivalent experience
3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience.
Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex multi-million dollar projects within the financial services industry.
Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
Excellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
10+ years of experience in program/project management experience in financial services/ solutions vendor organizations OR equivalent experience.
Certification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent)
Good commercial & contractual awareness and project governance acumen
