As a Supervisor – Vendor Business Management (Temporary), you will play a critical leadership role in managing and expanding key vendor relationships while owning the financial success of your portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to make an immediate impact—guiding strategy, optimizing profitability, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll collaborate across sales, operations, and vendor partners to deliver measurable business outcomes while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue & Profitability (P&L Ownership)
Own the full profit and loss (P&L) performance for assigned vendor lines, including revenue, margin, and overall profitability
Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, including VIR attainment and strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and execute targeted strategies to close gaps
Continuously monitor business results and proactively influence outcomes to ensure sustainable growth
Build Strategic Vendor Partnerships
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key vendor partners
Lead negotiations for funding, incentives, and program participation to maximize value
Drive joint business planning and growth initiatives aligned with vendor and TD SYNNEX priorities
Ensure strategic alignment and execution to accelerate market success
Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams
Coach, mentor, and develop Vendor Business Managers and Business Development Managers
Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Set clear performance expectations aligned to revenue and profitability goals
Ensure consistent execution and collaboration across the team
Act as a key liaison across Vendor Management leadership, Sales, Vendor Partners, and Operations teams
Ensure seamless coordination of inventory, funding, and program execution
Deliver consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting
Align stakeholders to achieve shared goals and maintain operational continuity
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in vendor management, business development, or sales leadership
Strong understanding of P&L management, financial forecasting, and performance analytics
Demonstrated ability to build and influence executive-level relationships
Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
Hiring Salary Range: $82,800 - $85,000 CAD

Fournir des prévisions, des rapports et des suivis de performance précis, incluant l’atteinte des objectifs VIR et des initiatives stratégiques
Identifier des occasions d’améliorer la performance financière et mettre en œuvre des stratégies ciblées pour combler les écarts
Surveiller en continu les résultats d’affaires et influencer de façon proactive les résultats afin d’assurer une croissance durable
Établir des partenariats stratégiques avec les fournisseurs
Établir et maintenir des relations de niveau exécutif avec les partenaires fournisseurs clés
Mener les négociations liées au financement, aux incitatifs et à la participation aux programmes afin de maximiser la valeur
Stimuler la planification conjointe des activités et les initiatives de croissance alignées sur les priorités des fournisseurs et de TD SYNNEX
Assurer l’alignement stratégique et l’exécution afin d’accélérer le succès sur le marché
