The Plant Controller will manage daily accounting procedures, monthly and annual close processes, and financial reporting within the Oracle system. They will also serve as a key business partner to operations, overseeing inventory, tax compliance, and capital improvement project tracking.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and possess at least 4-5 years of relevant finance or controller experience. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Oracle software are highly preferred.

The Plant Controller will serve as a key business partner to operations, driving performance, improving processes, and helping shape the future of our facility. This is more than a traditional accounting role. It's an opportunity to influence decision making, lead financial strategy at the plant level, and play a critical role in operational success. Compensation: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
