Join our Finance of the Future team and take a key role in delivering high‑impact Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformations for leading clients across Poland and international markets.
You will work on large‑scale, complex implementation programs, combining finance and technology to redesign planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
For an ongoing client assignment, we are looking for: SeniorEPM(Anaplan)Developer/Architect(freelance)
Your future role:
Leading or supporting enterprise‑scale EPM transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Anaplan implementations,
Acting as a trusted advisor to Finance, Controlling, and Business stakeholders,
Leading requirements gathering, business process analysis, and target‑state design for planning and reporting processes,
Translating business needs into scalable Anaplan models and solution architecture,
Designing and building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario models in Anaplan,
Collaborating with international project teams and client management across multiple geographies,
Contributing to solution architecture decisions (data flows, model design, performance optimization),
Supporting testing phases, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions,
Facilitating workshops, demos, and presentations for both delivery and pre‑sales purposes.
Apply if you have:
Solid experience in Anaplan implementations or other EPM tools, ideally in consulting or project‑based environments,
Proven background as a Senior Developer / Consultant, with exposure or aspiration towards Solution Architect responsibilities,
Strong understanding of FP&A processes (financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting),
Hands‑on experience in designing and building Anaplan models, including complex, multi‑dimensional use cases,
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into structured, scalable system solutions,
Experience working directly with clients and facilitating workshops or solution discussions,
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets,
Fluency in English.
