Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële sturing van de BENELUX, Finland en Denemarken. Je analyseert financiële behoeften en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke actieplannen en betrouwbare rapportages ter ondersteuning van managementbesluitvorming.
Je geeft leiding aan het finance team (3 medewerkers) en borgt een correcte financiële administratie, naleving van processen, interne controles en wet- en regelgeving. Je coördineert maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, stelt rapportages op over resultaten, kasstromen en voorraden en bewaakt intercompany-afspraken en doorbelastingen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de externe verantwoording, waaronder wettelijke en statistische rapportages, jaarstukken en btw- en belastingaangiften.
Je opereert in een internationale en multidisciplinaire omgeving waarin samenwerking essentieel is. Je weet complexe financiële vraagstukken terug te brengen tot duidelijke inzichten, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor resultaten en initieert verbeteringen in processen, systemen & werkwijzen en draag je bij aan effectieve samenwerking over afdelingen en landen heen.
Rapportages
• Je coördineert maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen voor meerdere entiteiten.
• Je stelt financiële rapportages op over omzet, kosten, voorraden en kasstromen.
• Je bewaakt intercompany-afspraken en interne doorbelastingen.
Je initieert en ondersteunt verbeteringen in financiële processen, systemen en rapportages.
• Je ziet toe op een correcte financiële administratie en het juiste gebruik van financiële systemen.
• Je waarborgt de naleving van financiële processen, interne controles en geldende standaarden en wetgeving.
Ondersteuning management
• Je ondersteunt het management met betrouwbare financiële informatie voor onderbouwde besluitvorming.
• Analyseren van de financiële behoeften van de organisatie en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke actieplannen.
Instanties & Partners
• Verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig aanleveren van verplichte statistische rapportages aan overheidsinstanties.
• Beheren van wettelijke aansprakelijkheidsverklaringen en indienen van jaarstukken bij de Kamer van Koophandel.
• Verantwoordelijk voor btw- en andere belastingaangiften in Nederland, België, Denemarken en Finland.
• Je werkt samen met externe belastingadviseurs en accountants bij fiscale vraagstukken en jaarafsluitingen.
• Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe accountants tijdens de jaarlijkse controle (audits).

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een financiële functie binnen een internationale of multi-entity omgeving.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met financiële rapportages, maand- en jaarafsluitingen en consolidatieprocessen.
• Ervaring met btw- en fiscale aangiften, bij voorkeur in meerdere landen.
• Ervaring met externe audits en samenwerking met accountants en fiscale adviseurs.
• Goede kennis van financiële systemen en ERP-omgevingen, SAP is een pré.
• Sterk analytisch en gestructureerd, met het vermogen om financiële informatie te vertalen naar heldere inzichten, concrete acties en betrouwbare besluitvorming, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
• Communicatief vaardig en verbindend, in staat om financiële onderwerpen begrijpelijk te maken voor niet-financiële stakeholders en om effectief samen te werken met interne en externe partijen.
• Leiderschapsgedreven en veerkrachtig, met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding, een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische omgeving met deadlines en meerdere entiteiten.
