The Senior Associate will manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle for AI-driven tax products from ideation to implementation. Key duties include translating stakeholder requirements into functional documents, conducting testing, and providing user training and support.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in AI for tax use cases or AI-enabled tax transformation. A degree in BE/B.Tech or an MBA is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and strong documentation skills.
Job description & Summary:
The Senior Associate will be involved in end-to-end software development lifecycle from ideation till implementation to own the product and the responsible for all the below mentioned points.
Responsibilities:
Resource for functional team of tax-technology practice
Candidates should have experience in AI for Tax use cases, AI-enabled tax transformation, or implementation/support of AI projects. They should be able to contribute to AI and GenAI-related tax use cases.
Having experience in the taxation domain with a business analyst profile is an add-on.
Understand requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional requirement document
Discuss functional requirements with development team
Prepare test checklist & test cases for functional testing
Undertake functional testing and submit test reports
Prepare user manuals
Conduct application demos
Undertake user trainings
Support users in timely issues resolution
Regularly monitor the changes (regulatory or otherwise) and analyze its impact on application
Mandatory skill sets:
