You develop messaging frameworks and clear client-benefit arguments for wealth-management topics, campaigns and digital communication occasions
You translate messaging into channel- and platform-specific creative briefings for email, advertising, landing pages and modern content formats
You operationalize campaign content into client-facing emails, email journeys, landing pages and other digital touchpoints — in close collaboration with CRM, Creative, Paid Media, Website, Legal and Compliance
You optimize landing pages and digital journeys with a view to conversion rate, mobile experience, user guidance and content clarity
You manage campaigns and communication measures on a hypothesis basis, use A/B tests and relevant marketing KPIs, and derive concrete optimization measures from them
You have completed a degree in marketing, business, communications or a comparable field and bring at least 7 years of relevant marketing experience
Ideally, you have worked in a fast-growing scale-up, a successful digital company or a highly performance-oriented marketing organization
You have strong experience in messaging, creative briefing development and implementing communication across email, digital platforms, advertising and content formats
You have a good understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel logic, conversion rate optimization, mobile optimization as well as hypothesis-based testing and A/B testing
