Candidates must have a degree in economics or law and a diploma as a Swiss Tax Expert. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in corporate tax law and fluency in German and English are required.

Als Tax Manager arbeitest du direkt mit dem Head of Swiss & EMEA Tax zusammen und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der steuerlichen Betreuung unserer Schweizer und EMEA-Gesellschaften. Du bringst deine Expertise in komplexe steuerliche Fragestellungen ein und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Steuerstrategie mit.

Steuerliche Beratung & Lösungsentwicklung:
Du analysierst komplexe nationale und internationale Sachverhalte aus Sicht des Schweizer und lokalen Steuerrechts und entwickelst pragmatische, zukunftsorientierte Lösungen für unsere Geschäftsbereiche
Tax Compliance & Prozessverantwortung:
Du verantwortest den gesamten Tax Compliance Prozess für die Schweizer Gesellschaften – von der Rückstellungsberechnung über die Steuererklärungen bis zur Kommunikation mit den Behörden. Für die EMEA-Gesellschaften koordinierst du die Compliance gemeinsam mit unserem Shared Services Center und externen Partnern
Reporting & Abschlüsse:
Du berechnest laufende und latente Steuerrückstellungen für die Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse und unterstützt bei steuerlichen Themen im Konzernabschluss
Strukturierungen & Transaktionen:
Du begleitest nationale und grenzüberschreitende Umstrukturierungen sowie M&A-Transaktionen aus steuerlicher Perspektive
Steuerrulings & Pillar 2:
Du entwickelst und implementierst Steuerrulings und verantwortest die Umsetzung der globalen Mindestbesteuerung (Pillar 2) – inklusive Rückstellungen und Einreichung der relevanten Erklärungen
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften (Uni oder FH)
Diplom als Schweizer Steuerexpert/in
Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Unternehmenssteuerrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Interesse an digitalen Tools
Verständnis für rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
Eigenverantwortung, Integrität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
