Requires 3-6 years of experience in securitization or structured finance with a postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a professional qualification like CA/MBA. Must possess strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling and document analysis.

•Perform due diligence (loan file reviews) by comparing loan documentation with client data for accuracy
•Perform stratification calculations and legal document reviews
Prepare client deliverables (agreed-upon procedures report) and working papers supporting our findings
•MBA / CA / Master’s in Finance, Economics.
Work experience
•3–6 years of experience in securitization, financial modeling, structured finance, document review, credit analysis, or capital markets
•Strong understanding of securitization market, understanding of regulatory standards relating to structured products
•Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, business writing/verbal communication skills
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task many activities
•Strong knowledge of MS Excel
•Strong capability in document review and analysis.
•Strong command of MS Excel, covering pivot tables, lookup functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), index match, complex formulas, dashboards, and financial modelling
•Strong expertise in document analysis and review
