3.负责组织模具、检具评估会议，确保模具、检具的开发进度和质量符合客户要求；组织外协件特殊工艺的制造可行性风险评估
4.协调供应商，确保供应商在新项目各阶段保证产品的开发进度，并提供符合质量标准的产品及提交相关文件；及时完成项目开发阶段涉及供应商端的采购需求申请，完成项目样件及其他费用结算；
5.运用项目管理工具（问题清单、进度计划等），推动项目采购件问题的及时解决；定期对供应商项目开发表现实施绩效考评；
6.负责管理外协零件的工程更改，包括更改的发放、确认及实施；
7.负责项目采购件的PPAP认可，组织供应商做好项目投产准备，提前发现投产风险，并做好风险预防和控制方案，确保顺利投产；
8.项目开发过程中，及时总结归纳共性、典型问题，形成经验教训总结，在团队内部交流学习；
9.项目开发完成后，与基地SQE进行PPAP认可资料的交接工作；
10.发现现有项目管理工作流程、方法存在不足时，及时提出问题并提供改善建议；
11.积极完成上级领导指派的其他工作。
