The Quality Engineering Technician is responsible for managing product quality complaint investigations and conducting root cause analyses to ensure regulatory compliance. They also track and report on non-conforming materials and assist in implementing corrective and preventative actions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a Life Science, Engineering, or Physical Science with at least one year of relevant experience, or five years of applicable experience. Proficiency in FDA regulations, specifically 21 CFR Part 111, and strong investigative and documentation skills are required.
The Quality Engineering Technician will be part of the Quality group at Herbalife Innovation & Manufacturing, Winston-Salem, NC. This individual will be responsible for maintaining compliance around product quality complaint investigations using the Product Quality Module (PQM) of the Agile Information System (Agile) and involved in tracking, trending and reporting of Quality Issues as well as completing Root Cause Analyses.
