The Senior Director of Product Development is responsible for the oversight and direction of the product development process from end to end. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Execution, you will lead the development team to deliver innovative and sustainable footwear products that meet market demands and consumer needs. You will develop initiatives designed to reach both seasonal and long-term strategic goals and revenue/margin plans. You will drive clear processes to enable operational efficiency within the product lifecycle and will demonstrate cross functional collaboration to get key team members aligned.
