Requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in design and manufacturing. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

As Arc's Build Engineer, you will own the transition of our commercial vessels from development to high-rate production. That means developing manufacturing processes and production tooling, driving design decisions that make our vessels easier to build, and optimizing production flow from first article through full rate.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.

The base salary for this role is P2: $125,000 P3: $150,000 annually.
