The Engineering Technician supports the development of lithium-ion battery systems through prototype builds, system assembly, and validation testing. They are responsible for executing test plans, troubleshooting hardware, and preparing detailed test reports to improve product reliability.
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in a technician or manufacturing role with hands-on expertise in high-voltage systems and electrical instrumentation. Proficiency in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration is required.

In this role, you will support prototype builds, system assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities that directly impact product performance and reliability.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, test equipment, hardware, and cross-functional engineering teams. You will help identify issues, improve processes, and support the development of battery systems used in real-world electrification applications.
