Develop protein production and purification strategies for PROBODY programs, including antibodies, bispecifics, and cytokines. Create analytical and biophysical methods, specifically using LC-MS, to characterize novel molecules and support the transition from discovery to clinical development.
Requires a PhD in Biochemistry/Protein Chemistry or an MS with 5+ years of industry experience. Must have expertise in AKTA systems, HPLC/UPLC, and various protein characterization assays.
