The Welding Supervisor oversees daily welding operations and leads a team of welders and fitters to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role ensures compliance with engineering specifications and welding codes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 5 years of welding experience, and 3 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in various welding processes and the ability to interpret blueprints and welding codes are required.
