The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for labor control, preparing RFIs and submittals, and performing quantitative takeoffs for material ordering and change orders. They also manage job schedules, punch lists, and closeout documentation while supporting QA/QC program measures.
Candidates must have 4-7 years of construction project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical drawing interpretation. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and OSHA certification are preferred.

Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer for its PCI Sacramento, California 556 operations based in North Highlands, CA.
Job responsibilities include:
Salary range: $$92,900-$124,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
This position is safety-sensitive.
