Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and ideally 1+ years of related experience. Proficiency in reading project plans, performing mathematical calculations, and maintaining relevant certifications is required.
Timmons Group is currently seeking a Construction Materials Testing Engineering Technician to join our Geotechnical and Construction Services group located in our Richmond, VA office location. While we may not have an immediate opening, we will keep your resume and information for future opportunities.
Under the direction of the Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Manager, Construction Materials Testing Technicians applies learned skills and technical ability to observe and test various materials associated with site, road and building construction by performing assigned duties.

Compensation: Our best estimate of the salary range for this position is $20/hr.-$24/hr. This position is eligible for overtime. Offers are based on a range of job-related factors such as internal equity, experience, skills, education, credentials and role complexity.
