Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to enhance software quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and libraries relevant to Python.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
