POSITION SUMMARY:
This position works from interrelated wiring schematics, assembly drawings and Bill of Materials to complete the wiring of a control panel.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibilities:
General responsibility of supervising the department, workload, scheduling and processes;
Control panel assembly and wiring;
Maintain personal inventory and condition of tools;
Confirm pulled parts with Bill of Materials and report failed parts;
Assist other departments as necessary to ensure project flow and completion;
Functional testing of completed systems;
Moto Control setup;
Maintain appropriate quality control records and test forms.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;

Mechanical background;

Ability to lift 50-75 pounds;

Preferred:
Prior PLC instrumentation set-up experience;
1-2 years of relevant production experience, two-year technical degree or a combination of related experience and education.
