Facilitates cross-functional quality review meetings across various, multi-matrixed scopes, presenting data-driven insights and collaborating on solutions to enhance operational performance. Provides active management of quality coordinators and others performing quality functions to achieve quality expectations and foster professional growth, and ensures all team members understand and adopt their quality responsibilities, including the craft. Provides active management of quality processes in early project phases including during project pursuit and preconstruction phases, and ensures quality expectations are defined early and integrated into project proposal responses and procurement processes. Provides active monitoring and support for execution of quality processes during the construction phase, and ensures quality expectations are aligned with established frameworks. Investigates quality non-conformance items, at the project, client or business unit level, especially those which have higher severity or potential for re-occurrence and ensures the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Manages tracking and analytics for key quality metrics, including measurements connected to company goals and objectives, to identify trends and recommend targeted improvements.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
