The designer/estimator is responsible for developing detailed fire sprinkler system layouts using CAD and performing hydraulic calculations to ensure code compliance. They will also prepare accurate project cost estimates and collaborate with sales and operations teams to support project execution.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in fire sprinkler design or estimating and proficiency in AutoCAD. A NICET Level II certification in Water-Based Systems Layout is preferred, along with a strong understanding of NFPA standards.

About the Opportunity
Professional Fire Protection is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fire Sprinkler Designer / Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for designing fire sprinkler systems, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting project execution from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, applicable codes, and construction practices. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of water-based systems, NFPA standards, hydraulic calculations, and, for designers, proficiency in CAD-based design software.
