Gestire la raccolta dei requisiti funzionali di business, trasformandoli in requisiti tecnici;
Occuparti dell’analisi funzionale e supportare il disegno di soluzioni applicative in ambiti Sales, Service e Marketing dei moduli Salesforce.com;
Dedicarti alla configurazione dei diversi moduli della piattaforma Salesforce.com al fine di realizzare delle demo da presentare al cliente;
Disegnare ed eseguire scenari di test accurati così da supportare l’esecuzione dei collaudi;
Lavorare su progetti che si avvalgono di metodologie all’avanguardia (come il Design Thinking e l’Agile);
Lavorare in contesti internazionali a fianco di colleghi proveniente da diversi paesi del mondo.
