The Senior Project Manager provides leadership for multiple construction and demolition projects, overseeing strategic planning, financial performance, and execution from pre-construction to closeout. They are responsible for mentoring project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring all projects meet safety, budget, and schedule requirements.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of progressive construction project management experience, including 5 years managing large commercial or heavy civil projects. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, along with proficiency in construction management software like HeavyJob or Procore.

Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, financial performance, and successful execution of multiple construction and demolition projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role provides leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project support staff while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements and company standards.
The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between Lindamood Inc., clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and executive leadership. This position is expected to proactively identify risks, develop solutions, mentor project teams, and drive operational excellence while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
