The NPI Engineer will lead the transition of new products to high-volume manufacturing by collaborating with cross-functional teams. They are responsible for documenting manufacturing procedures, managing OSAT bring-up, and performing initial failure analysis.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in semiconductor operations or development is required, along with familiarity with ATE testing and high-volume manufacturing.

Job Summary
The NPI Engineer will lead transitioning of new products to manufacturing; he will collaborate with cross functional team to develop a high-volume manufacturing/testing process flow for new SiTime products. The NPI engineer will facilitate early customer sampling as well as low volume (LVM) manufacturing data review and initial FACA. He works cross functionally to bring up OSAT and make sure smooth transition to Operation.
