Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow consultants; • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design customized solutions; • Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet client needs; • Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices; • Ensure successful implementation and deployment of ServiceNow projects; • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal team members; • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and new features; • Assist in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations. • Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow consultants; • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design customized solutions; • Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet client needs; • Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices; • Ensure successful implementation and deployment of ServiceNow projects; • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal team members; • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and new features; • Assist in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
