The impact you’ll make

Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

What you’ll do

The Program Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Regional Operations Executive team, driving regional operational excellence, business transformation, workforce readiness, and execution of strategic initiatives. This role leads cross-functional programs that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction while aligning regional execution with global business strategies.

Who we’re looking for

· Business Operations & Governance: Drive operational reviews and identify risks and opportunities

· Strategic programs & transformation: lead regional strategic initiatives and manage program lifecycle

· Support IB management and workforce readiness projects

· Lead process optimization and AI analytics initiatives and development

· Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive accountability and execution across organizations

Preferred qualifications

· 8+ years in semiconductor or high-tech equipment operations, service, or supply chain

· Experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives

· Background in process excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)

· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability

· Experience with tools such as Power BI, ERP (SAP/Oracle), or analytics platforms

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
