The Field Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing overhead crane systems at customer locations. They must effectively communicate maintenance needs and upgrades while maintaining professional rapport with clients.
Candidates must have experience with overhead hoists and cranes, including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. The role requires the ability to work at heights, travel as needed, and pass extensive background and drug screenings.

HSC is a fast-growing company with immediate openings in the Dallas/Fort Worth for an mid-level to experienced Overhead Hoist/Crane Technician with strong customer focus & the desire to go the extra mile. Field Service Technicians are primarily responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting & repairing overhead crane systems. Familiarity with gear drives, bearings, couplings, wire rope hoist, chain hoist, VFD controls, remote control systems as well as other crane & hoist components.
