Requires over 5 years of experience in overhead and underground electric distribution design. Proficiency in utility engineering math, pole loading software, and familiarity with Xcel Energy standards is highly preferred.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 1–2 days in the office and occasional field visits.
