Develop and manage operating, utility, and capital budgets for facility operations and building improvement projects.
Lead capital projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
Manage RFPs, vendor selection processes, contract administration, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with Real Estate and Strategic Projects teams on facility improvements, expansions, and new construction initiatives.
Energy & Sustainability
Lead energy management and sustainability initiatives across assigned sites.
Coordinate ISO 50001 and SEP certification programs and maintain compliance requirements.
Identify and implement energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and electrification projects.
Support continuous energy performance improvement programs and applicable energy certifications.
Travel requirements
Travel requirements are limited. Initial travel may include approximately one week during the first month for onboarding and training. Ongoing travel is expected to be minimal, typically 2 to 3 times per year for team meetings, training events, or business-related activities.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of facilities management experience supporting manufacturing and commercial environments.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple facilities across a geographic region or portfolio.
Expertise in operating expense, utility, and capital budget management.
Proven success leading capital projects from planning through execution.
