The CST is responsible for conducting risk assessments and security inspections to ensure compliance with ICD/ICS 705 standards at a construction site. They manage access control policies, maintain security documentation, and assist in developing facility checklists and standard operating procedures.
Candidates must be US citizens with an active TS/SCI security clearance and at least three years of secure area construction security experience. Proof of 40+ hours of formal CST training and experience on at least two ICD-705 projects is required.
