The Manufacturing Supervisor leads 2nd-shift production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. They are responsible for team development, process improvement, and ensuring adherence to production schedules.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes and electrical assembly operations is required.
We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join our team in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for leading production operations and ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments, including electrical wiring and assembly operations. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, manufacturing expertise, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
This position will support 2nd-shift operations, Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with flexibility to cover weekends as needed.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 115,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
