Be part of building something extraordinary
HSP US: Building the Future of Energy
At HSP US, we’re looking for motivated, goal-oriented engineering professionals who want to grow their
careers while contributing to high-impact work in the energy sector. If you’re energized by technical
problem-solving, customer collaboration, and creating tailored engineering solutions, this role is for you.
As a fast-growing operation, we are building state-of-the-art production capabilities, cutting-edge
processes, and a high-performance culture centered around quality, safety, and innovation. Joining our team means being part of a once-in-a-generation start-up environment where you help lay the
foundation for operational excellence for years to come.
The team you will Join!
As a Machinist, you play a key role in producing the high-quality components that support the customized solutions we deliver to our customers. Every part begins with a clear understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements, and that's where you come in. You'll set up, operate, and maintain machining equipment to manufacture precision components while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. Working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams, you'll help ensure products meet customer requirements and contribute to the success of our operations. If you enjoy working with precision equipment, solving technical challenges, and producing quality workmanship in a manufacturing environment, you'll thrive in this role.
What We Are Looking For!
Set up, program, and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes.
Interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
Use CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar) to create toolpaths and machining strategies.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds for a wide range of materials.
Perform precision machining for both prototype and production components.
Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMM-adjacent tools.
Troubleshoot machining issues, optimize programs, and improve cycle times.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe machining work areas.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure part accuracy and manufacturability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including tooling upgrades, process optimization, and workflow enhancements.
Maintain accurate documentation, machining records, and revision control.
Assist in equipment maintenance, calibration, and reliability programs.
What You Will Bring!
Strong proficiency with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM programming (Mastercam, Fusion 360, Solid CAM, or similar).
Deep understanding of machining principles, tooling, work holding, and material behavior.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T.
Experience machining resins, polymers, or copper.
Experience machining tight-tolerance components for industrial, aerospace, or energy applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using digital documentation systems.
High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality.
Technical degree, trade school certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
What you can expect from HSP!
We offer numerous benefits for our employees.

Work with cutting edge technology and state of the art equipment in a culture obsessed with doing things better every day.
