Role Overview:
Beehive Industries is seeking a hands-on Technical Training & Standard Work Manager (Contractor) to help build and execute our engine assembly training program as we transition from development into production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, enjoys creating order from ambiguity, and has a passion for developing technicians through standardized training.
This leader will work side-by-side with operations leaders, engineers, and technicians to capture best practices, document standardized assembly processes, develop training content, and ensure employees are trained and qualified to consistently build high-quality engines.
This position will play a critical role in helping Beehive transition from building prototype hardware to producing engines at scale. The Technical Training & Standard Work Manager will help establish the repeatable processes, workforce capability, and standardized training needed to build engines safely, consistently, and efficiently, laying the foundation for long-term manufacturing success. This is a highly visible role that will directly support production readiness, throughput, quality, and workforce capability.
