Responsible for the routine and corrective maintenance of all refrigeration systems, including Chiller, Glycol, and CO2 units, within a manufacturing site. The role involves leading a team of technicians and ensuring all equipment complies with industry safety and quality standards.
Requires a diploma or associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with at least 5 years of refrigeration experience and 8-10 years in GMP facilities. Must be proficient in reading engineering drawings and using CMMS software like SAP-PM.
Job Objective
Refrigeration Supervisor Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks for all Refrigeration Equipment in the manufacturing Site. This includes maintaining and troubleshooting all Refrigeration systems, included but not limited to, Chiller R1234-ze, Glycol, and CO2 (R744).
The technician will work to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and comply with industry standards and regulations.
Environment
Internal: GEPD management members, manufacturing, quality & service divisions.
External: In absence of Lead Refrigeration Engineer, equipment suppliers and vendors, Health Authorities, government authorities and auditors.
